Tone of voice and social for 2011’s biggest UK brand launch

Working in-house for the Health Lottery, I developed brand tone of voice and guidelines in the run up to its 2011 launch. I also wrote a huge range of material, including web content, press releases, social media posts, scripts and CRM.

I voiced social media for the launch and the weeks directly after, building a Facebook community of 11,000. I also wrote the script for the TV draw, which was shown weekly on ITV and C5.
